As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll support campaign efforts from setup to execution at high-traffic retail and community events :

• Set up, staff, and break down branded event booths and promotional displays

• Represent nonprofit and brand clients during live campaigns, pop-ups, and outreach events

• Engage with the public to share campaign messages, distribute materials, and build awareness

• Create meaningful connections with community members, shoppers, and potential donors

• Track engagement metrics, gather feedback, and help optimize campaign performance

• Support your team in achieving outreach goals and daily interaction targets

• High school diploma or GED required (College coursework in Marketing, PR, or Communications is a plus)

• No experience needed — volunteering, internships, or campus involvement are a bonus

• Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people

• Outgoing, organized, and able to work on your feet in public-facing roles

• Availability for full-time work including weekends and occasional evenings

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
