Peris Magoma
Managing Partner
Peris Magoma is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths with a vast experience as a legal practitioner.
Peris has worked at both top-tier and medium-sized law firms in Nairobi Kenya, where she acted as counsel for various financial institutions and providing legal support to private equity portfolio companies.
Peris is skilled at Commercial law: business set up, contract drafting, company law, real estate deals, insolvency, employment law and intellectual property registration as well as dispute resolution.
Peris possesses expertise in prosecuting and defending companies and individuals on a range of claims including, construction contracts, industrial accidents, road traffic accidents, material damage, debt recovery and employment and labor-related claims.
She regularly handles legal briefs before various levels of courts and Regulatory Authorities including the Competition Authority and the Kenya Industrial Property Tribunal.
Peris also deals with family law briefs such as divorce and children’s law and succession law briefs such as wills, in heritance and estate planning.
Duncan Misati

Duncan Misati is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with experience in working for top-tier law firms in Nairobi.
He specializes in public procurement and PPPs, power projects and infrastructure advisory.
Duncan has experience in diverse projects including in energy, social infrastructure such as health and housing, accommodation, water, and transport sectors. In the energy sector she has acted for clients across various technology types including solar, wind, hydropower, geothermal and coal.
Duncan has acted for clients across the entire value chain of projects, including public sector entities, developers, commercial lenders and development finance institutions, contractors, operators, and equipment suppliers.
Ronald N. Mayieka

Ronald N. Mayieka is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has worked on a range of cases concerning contracts, negligence, breach of trust, breach of confidence and defamation.
Prior to joining Magoma & Nyakundi Co. Advocates, Ronald had worked in various law firms in Nairobi Kenya.
He advises clients on all aspects of inbound immigration matters including work, school and residence applications for principals and their dependants, immigration-related appeals, immigration audits, citizenship and permanent residence applications, status regularization and visa applications and legalization of documents. Her clients range from local companies and individuals to multinationals and NGOs/not-for-profit organizations.
