UAS Red Team Pilot Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular-Rotational Travel Percentage: Up to 75% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI is seeking a UAS / RAT Pilot responsible for operational duties involving COTS UAS fixed-wing and rotary platforms, supporting systems, intelligence gathering, mission planning, sensor/payload operations, launching, remotely piloting, and recovery of ground and air vehicle systems. The pilot must be willing to deploy to the CENTCOM AOR for up to 6-12 months, rotating with other deployers. What You’ll Get to Do: Manage acquisition, fabrication, modification, programming, and maintenance of multi-rotor and fixed-wing COTS UAS platforms, including Group 3 and Turbines, for training and testing. Launch and recover aircraft, perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks. Travel CONUS and OCONUS on short notice to disseminate threat information. Assist with vulnerability site assessments for UAS use. Coordinate with intelligence agencies for data sharing, trend analysis, and procedures. Plan and oversee flight safety during operations. Provide technical red-team analysis. Perform duties independently and work within a small team environment. Required Qualifications: Active Secret clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. Experience instructing military personnel. BA/BS with 0-3 years, AA/AS with 4 years, or HS/GED with 6 years of experience. Experience with hobbyist UAS and COTS multi-rotor and fixed-wing aircraft. Pre-deployment training and technical exchange experience. Ability to obtain FAA UAS Pilot License and Amateur Radio Technician License. Experience with all RPV types and fabrication skills. Knowledge of emerging RPV technologies and DoD capabilities. Understanding of MDMP and ability to instruct others. Proficiency in MS Office and automation tools. Ability to interpret customer requirements and perform independently in various locations. Pay Range: The salary range is $75,200 - $158,100 USD, influenced by various factors including experience, location, and education.
