Your Background

  • Experience: 6+ years of full cycle recruitment experience and hiring technical profiles.
  • Successful history of staffing positions at all project levels and experience with all phases and roles of a Software Development Lifecycle
  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions at one time.
  • Advanced English skills; both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills required
  • Strong relationship building with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the interview process, negotiations, closing strategies, and presentation of offers

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing: Use various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc.) to proactively source top tech talent.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and set hiring goals.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on US labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with US labor laws and company policies.
