Overview The RF Test Engineer V leads technical innovation and provides training and technical guidance to all levels of the business. The RF Test Engineer V innovates with and participates with all business areas and customers to deliver expertly tested products on time and on budget. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute test plans: Create comprehensive test plans for RF systems and components. Perform RF testing: Use advanced test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators. Analyze test data: Provide detailed reports on performance, quality, and reliability. Troubleshoot and debug: Identify and resolve issues in RF systems and components. Collaborate with design engineers: Work closely with design teams to ensure products meet performance standards. Train and mentor lower level engineers and technicians. Support new product development: Lead the test engineering function for new product and R&D projects from product concept to launch. Maintain test equipment: Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accurate measurements. Develop automated test scripts: Improve testing efficiency through automation. Lead company-wide test automation initiatives: Work with counterparts throughout engineering and production to develop and implement world-class test automation hardware and software solutions. Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Radio Frequency, or related field of study. Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered. Ten (10) years or more of experience in RF, test measurement, and high power amplifiers up to 10 kW. LabVIEW, Microsoft Visual Studio C, C#, C++, VB.net or any other programming languages. Database knowledge, SQL, Pspice, or equivalent. Mastery of automation for test equipment such as Agilent/Keysight and Rhode and Schwartz (RF Signal Generator, Arbitrary Waveform Generators, Vector Network Analyzers, RF Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, RF Power meters). Additional Information This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law. Pay Range: $137,574.35 - $175,253.96 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
