ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review documents for consistency and conformity to Program standards.

• Work with technical experts and subject matter experts to draft program plans.

• Use Microsoft Office tools including Word and PowerPoint.

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Manage contract deliverables against deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of additional technical writing in lieu of degree

• 5+ years of technical writing experience

• Experience with desktop publishing tools.

• Ability to use multiple word processing and presentation tools such as MS Word and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of basic concepts and write technical copy for various types of documents for a program/project of similar complexity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with developing deliverable templates

• Knowledge of different SDLC methodologies

• Knowledge of Cloud and Cyber Security concepts

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
