Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials. This role is pivotal in driving the successful deployment of enterprise financial systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, and optimizing financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Implementation Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders in Accounting and Supply Chain to analyze current workflows, gather requirements, and design future-state processes that leverage Oracle Cloud best practices.
  • System Design & Enhancements: Oversee the design and configuration of complex financial systems. Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
  • Integration Management: Manage the integration of Oracle Cloud with third-party systems. Develop and maintain interface specifications to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Project Governance & Communication: Drive project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Training & Change Management: Support user adoption through training, documentation, and change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

Must-Haves :

  • 4+ years as a Project Manager, with 2+ years in ERP Financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday, or Oracle R12)
  • 4+ years with Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Excellent project leadership and management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of business and process analysis functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
