Install, terminate, and test CAT-5, CAT-5e, and CAT-6 cabling
Install and service CCTV systems and access control systems
Test, verify, and troubleshoot equipment post-installation
Train end-users on how to operate installed systems
Document service and installation actions through completion checklists
Maintain positive relationships with clients and uphold company standards on-site
Adhere to all safety protocols at job sites and company facilities
Participate in required training and technical meetings to stay current on best practices
Experience with low voltage cabling , including installation, termination, and testing
Understanding of analog and digital (IP) CCTV equipment
Familiarity with computer networking and Windows operating systems
Ability to read building plans and follow technical drawings (a plus)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
Strong communication skills with team members and customers
Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Comfortable with travel-must be able to travel for overnight or weekend jobs as needed (per diem and hotel provided)
Must be able to report to work during scheduled hours and follow workplace rules
High School Diploma or GED required
Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
Ability to adhere to safety and compliance standards at all times
