We’re seeking a Showing Agent to support sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and delivering high-quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, approved buyers working at all times, showings per week to fully qualified buyers. Compensation: $47,000 Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions ~ Must be bilingual and available throughout the week, weekend, and evenings Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Bilingual Available throughout the day, evening, and weekend About Company REVO Real Estate Team, formerly Gamboa Real Estate Group, is a high-performing real estate team in Salt Lake City affiliated with Keller Williams Utah Realtors.
