This is a Full Time position in the field of Commercial, Corporate, & Pro Video Production , located in San Diego, CA . Location: Hybrid – Must be able to be on-set for shoots in the San Diego/Los Angeles area. Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: PST or EST time zones About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Videographer who can lead the filming process from start to finish. This role is crucial in bringing our creative visions to life through high-quality video content. You will be responsible for shooting videos, ensuring the footage aligns with the project’s creative direction, and, in some cases, overseeing the post-production process. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute the filming of video content, including commercials, social media ads, and branded content. Operate cameras and other filming equipment, ensuring all shots are of the highest quality. Collaborate with the creative team to understand the vision for each project and translate that into compelling video content. Provide direction on set, ensuring the filming process runs smoothly and efficiently. Offer input on the overall composition and style of the video, with an eye for how the final product will come together. Some photography work may be required, but video is the primary focus. In some cases, edit the footage or work closely with an editor to ensure the final product meets the creative brief. Qualifications: Proven experience as a DP, Camera Operator, Videographer or in a similar role, with a portfolio of your work. Strong technical skills with cameras and other video production equipment. (Audio a plus!) Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and how to capture high-quality footage. Ability to lead the filming process from planning through to execution, ensuring the final product aligns with the creative vision.
