Job Description
Capstone Tax Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant /Enrolled Agent in the Tax Resolution industry to add to our growing client services team.
The right candidate will be a reliable, organized and self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced office, yet relaxed, environment.
Administrative Assistant duties:
We are looking for someone with experience in tax resolution industry, Enrolled Agent desired but not required, an attention to detail, a positive attitude and excellent client service skills. Experience in Microsoft office software, Adobe, & Canopy is ideal.
Capstone's compensation is negotiable depending on experience – we offer benefits including health-dental-vision insurance and paid time off day one; additionally, we offer bonuses based upon performance. If you have experience in the tax resolution field, we do offer sign-on bonuses!
Salary: $20-30 per hour depending on experience/licenses*Negotiable
