We are looking for an experienced and versatile
Interior and Exterior Framer/Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
door and window installation, siding repair and replacement, deck building and refacing, and general framing for walls and doors .
Key Responsibilities:
Field Carpentry & Installation
- Install interior and exterior doors , including pre-hung, slab, sliding, and custom doors.
- Install and replace windows , ensuring proper fit, sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing.
- Perform siding repairs and full siding replacements using various materials (vinyl, fiber cement, wood, etc.).
- Construct new decks and re-surface/reface existing decks , including framing, decking, railing, and stair systems.
- Frame interior and exterior walls , rough openings for doors and windows, and other structural components.
- Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and adheres to local building codes .
Project Coordination & Quality Control
- Review project plans, client expectations, and scope before starting work.
- Ensure materials are ordered and available before work begins.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas and adhere to company safety standards.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, unexpected issues, and additional work requests.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and exceeds customer expectations.

What You Bring
- Experience: 8 - 10 years of experience in construction or skilled trades, including residential repairs and renovations.
- Leadership: Ability to guide a team, delegate tasks, and mentor technicians.
- Customer Focus: Strong communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Precise in estimating and thorough in execution.
