The Creative Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project development, from concept to completion, ensuring that creative projects meet high standards and are delivered on time and within budget. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse teams, including creatives, production, and marketing, to bring ideas to life. You will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and team dynamics while fostering a supportive and creative work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the entertainment industry, combined with a passion for storytelling and visual arts. Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and final delivery of creative projects across various mediums Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans Work closely with creative teams to ensure that project goals and objectives are met Facilitate regular communication among team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Conduct project meetings to review progress and address any challenges Support the team in the ideation process, providing feedback and guidance on creative concepts Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand standards and project objectives Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies for completed projects 3+ years of experience in project management, particularly in creative or design-focused projects. Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and provide feedback clearly. Leadership abilities and experience managing creative teams or cross-functional teams. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and ensuring the integrity of the creative vision.
