With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for excellence, this client is looking for a motivated Field Supervisor to help lead their on-site operations and ensure every job is completed with quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for commercial roofing projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and materials on-site
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve issues proactively
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, etc.)
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
