Job Description
We are looking for an expert-level **Cisco Wireless CCIE Engineer** to design, implement, and optimize advanced enterprise wireless networks. In this critical role, you'll ensure seamless connectivity, high performance, and secure wireless infrastructure across our organization.
+ Design and deploy enterprise wireless solutions using Cisco technologies.
+ Conduct wireless site surveys, RF design, and spectrum analysis.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless issues across large-scale environments.
+ Maintain network documentation, standards, and best practices.
+ Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver secure and reliable wireless access.
+ Mentor and support junior engineers and technical teams.
+ **Active Cisco CCIE Wireless certification** required.
+ 7+ years of hands-on wireless network engineering experience.
+ Deep knowledge of Cisco wireless solutions (e.g., Catalyst 9800 WLC, Meraki, DNA Center).
+ Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, wireless protocols (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), and wireless security (WPA3, 802.1X).
+ Experience with wireless tools (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet) and performance tuning.
+ Solid networking foundation in switching, routing, and LAN/WAN.
+ Familiarity with Wi-Fi 6/6E and advanced RF design.
+ Experience with Cisco SD-Access, Cisco ISE, and network automation (Python, Ansible).
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
**Wage Range** **:**
The annual starting salary for this position is between $ **170,000 - $247,500** annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
**Other Compensation** **:**
This position is also eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable Company plan.
