About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that are in line with the organization's business goals. This includes overseeing the scalability, security, and protection of the company's infrastructure, as well as identifying and integrating new technologies that can add value. The role also involves leading the IT division, managing IT teams, and ensuring the successful execution of IT projects through collaboration with other departments. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience with complex, diverse IT teams, and a background in a bank or other financial institution with regulatory oversight. A higher education degree, preferably in STEM with business training, is required, and an MBA is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a solution-oriented mindset, the ability to motivate employees, and a commitment to creating a modern work environment that enhances organizational efficiency. Proficiency in English at a C1 level is also necessary. The role demands a professional with a strong technical and managerial skill set, capable of leading the IT function in a dynamic and challenging environment.
