About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies with a strong focus on digitalization and automation. This role involves leading technology teams to ensure the seamless functioning of IT both locally and internationally, and aligning IT strategic objectives with the overall business strategy. The CIO will also oversee the execution of operational plans, manage the IT budget, and be involved in the commercialization of IT services and solutions. A key aspect of the role is to lead the creation and implementation of development plans in research, development, and innovation within IT products and platforms. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a Master's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, with several years' experience in IT management, including a significant tenure in a leadership or director-level position. Experience in a regional role across various markets and a proven track record in managing vendor relationships and large budgets are essential. The role requires a deep understanding of IT systems and software management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to address and understand stakeholder needs. Advanced proficiency in English and Polish is also a necessary qualification for this position.
