About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to serve as a senior executive and provide vision and leadership in the development and implementation of Information Technology (IT) governance, risk management, security, and technical initiatives. The CIO will be responsible for ensuring that all IT projects align with the organization's strategic leadership, comply with regulations, and protect stakeholders' privacy. This role involves close collaboration with the company's leadership to measure progress toward strategic objectives and to ensure that IT services meet the organization's needs and support seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a Master's degree is preferred, at least 15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years at the executive level, and a strong technical background. Key responsibilities for the CIO at the company include coordinating all operational aspects of IT Service Management, directing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT services, and ensuring that IT operating plans and technical projects align with the organization's goals. The successful candidate will have a visionary mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Experience in managing geographically dispersed and remote teams is essential, as is a strong understanding of technical complexity and the ability to make decisions that drive innovation and actionable strategies. The CIO will work closely with other senior leaders to align the company's IT goals with its mission, vision, and core values.
