Your role involves employing reward-based techniques to reinforce desirable behaviors in dogs while effectively managing and redirecting unwanted behaviors without punitive measures. Utilizing methods such as clicker training and understanding canine psychology, you'll foster a trusting relationship between owners and their pets, promoting a happy and well-adjusted dynamic. The ideal candidate's focus should aim to cultivate obedience and cooperation, resulting in long-lasting results and a strengthened bond between dogs and their owners. This position would work primarily out of Arlington Heights and Lake Barrington resort locations with other private training opportunities within our service area that are listed on our website tailchasersinc.com.
