Our clients programs help many of the world’s most sophisticated organizations reduce energy waste, save money, lower their carbon emissions, and meet their sustainability goals across their entire real estate portfolios.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Business & Systems Analyst with experience in business systems analysis and project management to support the end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives within Transformation Delivery function. This role will work closely with Go-to-Market teams, functional DRIs, and technology partners to define initiative scope, align stakeholders, manage execution, and ensure that transformation outcomes are realized efficiently and sustainably.
As part of Office of Enterprise Transformation, you will operate at the intersection of business process, system optimization, and enterprise strategy—helping our client reduce cycle times, scale operations, and execute the company’s strategic Plan of Record (POR).
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Oversight & Delivery
- Take guidance from program leadership and support as needed
- Lead the charge on discussions and drive alignment
- Own initiative lifecycles from framing to execution: define scope, success criteria, risks, dependencies, and KPIs in collaboration with DRIs.
- Develop and maintain project artifacts including business requirements, project plans, business process maps, wireframes of user interfaces, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and health check reports.
Business & System Analysis
- Effectively translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible language for operational audiences.
- Developing, maintaining and organizing documentation—BRDs, process flows maps, gap analysis.
- Employ strong communication skills to elicit and document detailed operational requirements, ensuring clarity and shared understanding.
- Act as a liaison, bridging the gap between operational needs and technical capabilities.
- Clearly articulate operational value and impact for proposed technical solutions.
Strategic Partnership & Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and nurture deep, trusting relationships with Enterprise leadership and teams, acting as a proactive and empathetic business & technology partner.
- Prioritize active listening and open communication to fully understand operational strategies, processes, and challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering a collaborative environment where operational stakeholders feel heard and valued.
- Facilitate productive dialogue and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Work closely with Technical Program Managers and Solution Architects, ensuring consistent communication and shared understanding.
- Help new OET hires get up to speed fast and integrate into our business & systems.
Technology Advocacy & User Empowerment (Operations Focus):
- Champion the adoption of technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within Operations.
- Be a champion for the operational user, and advocate for the simplification and optimization of critical systems.
- Provide feedback to the technical teams based on operational user feedback and performance data.
Performance Measurement & Stakeholder Reporting (Operations Focus):
- Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and technology performance metrics related to operational efficiency and reliability in a clear and compelling manner.
- Prepare and present regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing operational concerns.
- Ensure that reporting is accessible, and easily understood by the Operations teams.

- Understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies, including process mapping, requirements elicitation, and frameworks such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and Atlassian products.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including understanding of objects, workflows, reports, and how GTM teams interact with the platform.
- Experience working with US-based companies and cross-cultural teams, especially in a US-India structure.
- Industry experience in energy and sustainability is a big plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology business partner or similar role, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication, specifically supporting GTM teams.
- Prior experience in transformation, enterprise change, or strategic delivery functions strongly preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, Agile/Scrum (or equivalent) are a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is strongly preferred.
- CCBA, CBAP Certifications is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in operational systems and tools, such as ERP systems, CRM software, workflow automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Experience implementing machine learning and RPA technologies (within organizations that had not previously used these tools is a plus.)
- Experience with SDLC, system implementation and integration, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with energy systems (e.g., HVAC, Lighting, solar, electric vehicle charging, etc) is preferred
- Experience within startups and fast paced cultures
