The Financial Crimes Global Policy Adherence & Engagement Team within the FCFP organization supports the delivery and ongoing direction of a comprehensive Financial Crimes Program in partnership with multiple functions such as Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk, Audit, and multiple stakeholders at all levels of management. This team is responsible for fostering a culture of control and compliance, customer centricity and accountability while leading efforts to identify, anticipate and mitigate AML, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery regulatory, reputational, and operational risks. The Financial Crimes Policy Adherence Currency Transaction Reporting Risk Analyst Lead is responsible for supporting Business Execution and Compliance partners in activities related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, and regulatory reporting activities to ensure robust AML coverage and adherence to policies and regulations. The overall objective of this role is to lead efforts in the improvement of the AML program and ensure AML TM and CTR risk assessments are completed. Responsibilities include supporting the Currency Transaction Reporting policy execution functions across all applicable lines of business and lifeguard, reviewing Currency Transaction Reports submitted to FinCEN for quality and adherence to regulatory requirements, reporting on quality metrics for the program, and acting as a SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members. The role aids in identifying trends/issues, determining root cause, and recommending solutions to correct issues and/or enhance workflow. A key component is leading the lifeguard team in data quality processes, issue/data observation tracking across multiple lines of business, engaging stakeholders at various levels to progress initiatives to improve the Currency Transaction Reporting program and reduce manual touchpoints in business execution functions. Additionally, the role ensures solutions and potential AML concerns are addressed within CTR issues. Qualifications include ability to identify service gaps, process inefficiencies, technology opportunities and develop solutions; ability to interpret and understand policy while networking and building strong relationships with key partners; 5-8 years’ experience in Financial Crimes/AML, Risk, Operational Risk, Risk Operations, or Quality Assurance/Control; demonstrated leadership with stakeholders at multiple levels; ability to plan and work independently; ability to work in a transitioning environment; goal oriented with strong communication skills; and ability to work well in a team environment collaborating across diverse groups.
