Your Role: Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Assistant
Part-time position available

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for a range of front- and back-office tasks, including:

• Welcoming patients and ensuring a warm, professional environment
• Phone and appointment management
• Taking and recording vital signs
• Room preparation and turnover
• Patient charting and documentation
• Collecting payments and assisting with billing
• Escorting patients and coordinating flow through the treatment cycle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Medical Assistant certification or diploma (required)
• Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting (preferred)
